MGGH Cares
The MGGH Cares Program is a fund established by Mt. Grant General Hospital to provide financial assistance to qualifying employees. This program is funded by employee monetary donations through payroll deduction or cash donation.
Employees who have suffered tragic events such as the death of a spouse, dependent, parent or child, natural disaster, fire, illness or injury, a spouse’s lay-off or company closure, major home repair, major car repair, unexpected expenses acquired on an approved medical leave of absence of 30 days or more, may apply for assistance.
Submissions for donation will remain anonymous and will be judged based solely on the situation. Staff can qualify by
- Working at MGGH in a benefited position
- Requesting a CARES Donation Request Form from HR
- Submitting the form to Cassandra Tabayoyong in HR
- Wait 72 hours for an approval or denial.
The CARES committee is a compilation of 5 non-management staff members and the CEO. All applications are confidential and committee members may not disclose any information related to the applications or the decisions made by the committee members. Notification of awards from the MGGH Cares fund will be given by HR to the applicant and signed by the members of the committee.
