The Activity Department at Lefa Seran SNF is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and well-being of our residents by providing engaging, meaningful, and person-centered activities. We strive to create an environment that promotes social interaction, mental stimulation, emotional support, and physical well-being for all our residents.

We are deeply committed to ensuring that our residents remain an integral part of the wider community. We recognize the importance of maintaining their connections, relationships, and involvement beyond the walls of our nursing home. To achieve this, we actively facilitate opportunities for residents to participate in community events, outings, and cultural activities. We collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to foster intergenerational connections, volunteer initiatives, and shared experiences that promote mutual understanding and a sense of purpose.

We strive to enable our residents to continue pursuing their personal interests, passions, and hobbies within the community. At our nursing home, being part of the community is not just a goal; it’s a fundamental aspect of our residents’ lives. By prioritizing their continued involvement, we foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and fulfillment that transcends the confines of our facility, enriching the lives of our residents and strengthening the bonds between generations.

There are a number of ways the community can have liven up the SNF for our residents. Please contact Meghan Jeffers in the Activities department and leave a message if you would like to volunteer or possibly bring a pet in to visit our residents.
