Mt. Grant General Hospital is accepting applications for the position of EVS Director. We are seeking an experienced and motivated EVS Director to lead and oversee Environmental Services operations with a focus on cleanliness, safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. The EVS Director will provide strategic leadership, manage staffing and budgets, ensure adherence to infection prevention and hospital standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support high quality environments of care. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. We are seeking a motivated candidate with a commitment to improving performance, staff engagement, and operational efficiency. This position is required to carry out all job functions in alignment with MGGH Mission, Vision, and Values.

Monday – Friday 8 hour shifts.
Minimum qualifications are any combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and ability such as:
High School Diploma or its equivalency AND
Per NRS 449 and NRS 200.5091, successful applicant(s) must pass required state and federal background checks.
Experience in housekeeping and/or laundry at the facility level.
Experience in floor stripping and waxing.
Experience in a leadership role.
Experience in training staff, mentorship, and team collaboration.
