Sports Physicals

All students scheduling a sports physical must arrive with the appropriate paperwork provided by their school or sports program. Additionally, all youth patients must be accompanied by an adult guardian at the time of the appointment. To schedule, please call James Ruch directly at (775) 945-3669.
