Mt. Grant General Hospital was awarded a Renown Better Together Grant to support the Transportation efforts that serve our patients daily. This grant supports the delivery of better patient care outcomes by funding drivers, fuel, and vehicle maintenance to continue our Transportation Program and get patients care they deserve. Our Transportation department is equipped with 3 drivers, a transportation manager, and a fleet of 4 vehicles, including a passenger van. We transport community members, patients, and resident to and from their home to specialty care or primary care as needed. We would like to extend our gratitude to Renown and their partnership with Rural Communities to better serve our patients.
