The Mt Grant Clinic is inviting the students of Mineral County School District to come get their sports physicals done August 14th, 2026!
Clinic physical hours are: 8am - 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch from 12pm to 1pm.
To get a physical make sure you visit the Clinic front desk ahead of time and sign up for a time slot with the receptionist.
When you come for your physical ensure you bring your sports physical form, obtained from your respective school. The physical form MUST be filled out prior to your appointment.
ALL MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN!
