--Review of Audited Financial Statements for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2021 – Dingus, Zarecor and Associates, PLLC (WebEx). (Copy attached to original minutes.)
Presentation presented to board members. A motion was made by Michelle Dow and seconded by Nancy Rutherford to approve the Audited Financial Statements for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2021. Motion Carries
