MGGH Financial Assistance Options:

Sliding Scale Fee Program

This program is based on household income and offers anywhere from 10% to 100% off of the patient balance.
The application has to be submitted with a one-month bank statement to see if the patient(s) qualify. If approved, patients are required to make their monthly payments or they are subject to removal from the plan.

Wellness Tuesday

Discounted blood lab services every Tuesday, no appointment needed.
This service offers a discount on certain blood lab services.

Patients must obtain a lab order from a provider, then register on a Tuesday with the front office

This service must be paid in full at the time of service. Wellness Tuesday is not eligible to be billed to insurance or for MGGH billing services.

Self-Pay Discount

Those without health insurance electing to self-pay their MGGH bill are able to receive up to a 50% discount when choosing to pay-in-full.

Access Nevada

Access Nevada is the state's online portal where residents can apply for several assistance programs, including Medicaid, Nevada Check Up, SNAP, TANF, and energy assistance.

Nevada Medicade 

Nevada Medicaid provides health insurance coverage for eligible adults, children, pregnant women, seniors, and people with disabilities. Medicaid may help pay for hospital stays, physician visits, emergency care, prescriptions, and other healthcare services.
Who may qualify:
Eligibility is generally based on income, household size, age, disability status, pregnancy, or other qualifying circumstances.

Nevada  Check Up

Nevada Check Up provides low-cost health insurance coverage for uninsured children under age 19 whose families earn too much to qualify for Medicaid but cannot afford private insurance.
Who may qualify:
Uninsured children in eligible Nevada households.

TrumpRx

Trump RX is a program that was started by the current administration and offers extremely reduced priced medications.
Commercial and Self-pay patients can search the website for medications they currently consume. Patients can work with our local MGGH primary care providers to request a coupon from the TrumpRx site. This coupon will be forwarded with a prescription to your preferred pharmacy to receive the TrumpRx price.

Who may qualify:
People who are currently not receiving Medicare/Medicaid or other government benefits.

Social Security Disability Insurance

What it is:
